These Terms govern your access to and use of FlowVox Fragrance Academy websites, courses, learning content, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services. Where permitted, additional terms may apply to certain features, and those additional terms will become part of your agreement with us.

• You must keep your login credentials confidential and use a strong password.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Some Services require payment (for example, paid courses, workshops, or subscriptions). Prices are displayed at checkout and may include taxes where required. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in USD.

• Payments are due at the time of purchase and are processed by authorized payment providers.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable amount.
• Refund eligibility, if any, follows the refund terms presented at the time of purchase and/or our published policy for the specific offering.

We may offer promotions, coupons, or time-limited pricing. These offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless required by law.

The Services, including course videos, lesson text, graphics, downloads, templates, and brand assets (the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to FlowVox and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your payment (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

• You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.
• You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls.
• Any unauthorized use may result in termination and potential legal action.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Share paid or restricted Content publicly, including via file-sharing, streaming re-uploads, or posting course materials on public platforms.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access, where appropriate.

The Services and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowVox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.

By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws consistent with where FlowVox operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
